Delivery Information
Our designated courier is City Link.
Any item ordered before 12:30pm (weekdays) will qualify for delivery the following working day before 5.30pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days). You have two free attempted deliveries with City Link to your delivery address specified at the time of order.
City Link will attempt to deliver your order between 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday.
A signature will be requested upon delivery.
If the first delivery is missed, City Link will post a card through your door giving you further instructions. You will be able to re-arrange another delivery free of charge, ONLY to the same address within 5 days of the first attempted delivery. You can then specify if you want it leaving with a neighbour or not. Please note though that we do not accept responsibility if your neighbour does not hand the parcel to you.
If your parcel is not picked up or signed for on a re-delivery within 5 working days it will come back to us. TSFOURTEEN will then have to charge an extra delivery cost to re-send the item
City Link will not leave your parcel with a neighbour unless you specify this on the second delivery attempt.
We personally inspect ALL items prior to dispatch.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your City Link tracking code. Please log-on to www.city-link.co.uk for more information.

Deliveries to Scottish Highland and Northern Ireland are charged at £9.99. Please allow 2 days for delivery.
